Skincare has always been deeply ingrained in Korean culture. For generations, caring for the skin has been a quiet, daily ritual. Not about trends or perfection, but about keeping skin healthy, protected, and resilient.

We were raised in that culture, but in Sweden. Growing up between two worlds shaped how we see skincare. Korean care met Swedish practicality. Fewer words. Fewer steps. Less noise.

Like many, we’ve cared for our skin while struggling with dryness, acne, redness, and pigmentation since our teenage years, trying every product that promised change. But somewhere along the way, skincare became complicated.

Ten-step routines. Dozens of serums.

And behind it all, fluffy claims and confusing marketing.
